Clients pay strangers on Instagram and hope. Freelancers chase payments and no-shows. Hjezne sits in the middle so neither side has to trust blindly.
One deal both sides agree on before anyone pays, money held with licensed payment companies and released only on our order, and rules that count things instead of judging taste.
We started Hjezne so hiring a creative in Lebanon feels safe for both sides.
Say hello. We read every message.
Hjezne is for getting booked. Hjoz is for booking a freelancer. It's one account with two sides, and you can use both.
Clients pay the price plus a 3.5% card fee when paying by card, shown before paying. Freelancers pay 7% when a job is done, then 5% for life after 5,000 points. Signing up is free.
Report it from your order. Refunds cover what's missing. If only part arrives, you choose: keep what arrived and get the missing share back, or a full refund.
That's what revisions are for, up to the limit in the package. Refunds cover anything missing, not personal taste.
Freelancers are reviewed by our team before going live, and identity checks show as an ID checked badge. Clients confirm their email, use two-step login and link a way to pay before booking.
When you create a package, you decide what's included, the delivery time, the revisions, how you're paid and what happens if someone cancels. The client agrees to it when they book, and that's what counts. Hjezne covers single jobs with a defined result, so monthly, ongoing or hourly work isn't allowed.
Example: a $250 shoot. The client pays $258.75. The freelancer keeps $232.50, or $237.50 at 5%.
Clients and freelancers both get 5 points for every $1, on every completed booking. We partner with the businesses around the work you book (venues, print labs, florists, gear rental shops and studios) so your points turn into discounts you'd actually use.
Points are never cash and can't be transferred. Refunded bookings don't earn points, and unused points expire after 12 months without a booking. Each perk is given by the partner business. Our first partners are announced at launch.
